In 1998 a new type of fitness class was born known as Operation: Excellence Boot Camps. Built on the experience of Naval Fitness Instructor David Bauer, the class became an instant hit.
Fast forward to the present and Operation:Excellence Boot Camp is now InterFIT! This new class is built on the core philosophy of Integrated Fitness Solutions - training the whole person, not just the body. At the beginning and end of each class you will have an opportunity to focus your mind on concepts such as excellence, attitude, and motivation as well as life application areas such as work, relationships and the self.
But first and foremost this is a workout! Each class is different: never the same thing twice and always challenging. You will train using bodyweight, free weights, kettlebells, suspension trainers and much more developing optimal strength, cardiorespiratory fitness and endurance. You will build muscle, lose fat and feel amazing! As an orthopedic exercise specialist, David incorporates preventative and rehabilitative exercise into every class to help you not only look good, but have healthier joints as well.

Pricing and Packages
Classes meet 3 days a week for 4 weeks on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. as well as Saturday at 8:00 a.m. You can drop in on any class for only $15!
