What is wellness? - Here are a couple of useful definitions to consider:

"a healthy balance of body, mind and spirit that results in an overall feeling of wellbeing"  & "a process of becoming aware of and making choices towards a more successful existence".


So we can mix these together a bit and come up with:


"Wellness is an overall state of wellbeing that stems from making

healthy choices that move us toward a more successful existence

in our body, mind and spirit."
